An Eco-Friendly Packaging For Eggs That Is Made Of Hay

Polish designer Maja Szczypek has created an environmentally-sustainable packaging for eggs.

The packaging was made using a heated press to mold the hay into its general shape, with brightly-colored, narrow labels to differentiate the amount of eggs in each “box”.

A finalist for the Make Me! competition, this idea may pave the way for green packaging.
